2 X 4 Christmas Tree

I have seen several 2 x 4 crafts going around so I thought why not try some of them. This one happens to be a 2 x 4 Christmas tree. I found it here and she got it somewhere else. It only cost me a couple of dollars to buy the berries and a star for the top. I had the wood on hand and the paint and paper.

Now I didn't want to buy a garland for this tiny tree so I found these berry twigs and made one out of them.

 I just torn the individual branches off since they were just attached with paper and the wire they were on.

 Then I wrapped the wire stems together to form one long garland.

 Here is how my tree turned out. I really like it and it is something simple to tuck in somewhere during the holidays!
