I am a sucker for cheesecake big time. I could eat a whole cheesecake by myself and I do on occasion. Not all at once though but I have been known to have it gone in a few days. I love the one my mom makes and it is so easy.
So here is the recipe:
Mix together:
8 oz Cream cheese (regular not the reduced fat one)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 can of Sweetened condensed milk
Juice of one lemon at room temperature
Tip: It helps to have the cream cheese at room temperature so that smooths out and doesn't have lumps
Once creamy pour into
1 Graham Cracker premade crust
Let it sit over night in the refrigerator to set up and then it is good to eat.
We also add different kinds of toppings such as cherries, raspberries, blueberries etc. My favorite is cherries.

Looks so yummy! Cherry cheesecake is my favorite! I'm not sure I could wait a whole 12 hours to eat it though...

I struggling waiting to eat it as well so I lick the spoon after making it and that helps curve the desire to eat it.
That looks so yummy! I'd have to resist eating that batter by the spoonful! I wanted to invite you to come over and share your recipe at These Chicks Cooked Recipe Spotlight today. Have a great day :)
